How to order?

Terms of ordering

These terms are valid for a purchase contract (hereafter Contract) that will be agreed on with the Morea internet shop (www.morea.ee) between a buyer who orders products (hereafter Buyer) and the company OÜ M.O.B.Trading (hereafter Seller). The contract will be executed after the order is forwarded by the Buyer and an invoice has been sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address. Information about the Buyer that becomes available for the Seller is confidential and will be not sent to third parties (except as provided by law).

Prices and payments

All prices are given in euros and include VAT. It is possible to make a payment for the order in any bank according to the order/invoice. Using a bank link it is possible to make a payment in SEB Bank , Swedbank. Also payment through PAYPAL is available.

How can purchases be made in the Morea internet shop?

Choose a proper product and add it to the purchase basket. When all products are added to the purchase basket click on “forward” and fill in the obligatory data fields, and choose the type of transportation and payment.

You can select:

  1. With a bank link
    The full amount of purchased products and prices will be seen after clicking on “place order” and also the icons of available banks for the bank link payment ( SEB, Swedbank). Click on the suitable bank and proceed with the payment. After that the invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.
  2. With an invoice
    The full amount of purchased products and prices will be seen after clicking on “place order” and you will also see a PDF file of the invoice that will be sent to your e-mail address.
  3. With a PayPal
    The full amount of purchased products and prices will be seen after clicking on “place order” and also the icon of PayPal. Click on the PayPal icon and proceed with the payment. After that the invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address.

The payment term is three calendar days after the day of ordering. In case the payment is not completed during this time period the order will be cancelled. Products are in the ownership of Morea.ee until the payment is fully completed.

    The package will be delivered by ELS courier.
    You will be contacted personally and a suitable delivery date and time will be agreed on between 8:00-20:00 depending on the delivery place on working days and Saturdays.More information

  • Parcel to the post office Estonia (2,75 EUR)

  • Smartpost to Finland (11 EUR)

  • POST24 to Latvia, Lithuania (10 EUR)

  • Transport to other countries within European Union (10 EUR)

    This transportation includes all other countries within European Union.  Morea e-shop is not responsible for any loss of parcel after parcel is sent.

All orders will be sent out after receiving the payment  within three working days. If the products are sold out temporarily we will inform the Buyer about that and the new delivery date or return payment if requested.

Warranties

All our products are under warranty according to law. A paid invoice is acceptable as a warranty document in case of need. The product is not under warranty terms if it is used for an unintended purpose or is worn out.

Return of purchase

According to the law the return period is 14 days. For that you need to send an e-mail to Morea (info@morea.ee) with your request within 14 days. The product needs to be returned to the seller within 30 days after sending the request. The product needs to be in the original package with the original invoice. The product is not allowed to be used. Money will be transferred to the buyer’s bank account as quickly as possible but not later than 14 working days after receiving the products back. Transfer fees will be not compensated.

Privacy

Personal information about the buyer is confidential and will be not published to third parties except as regulated by the law.

Additional information

Morea reserves the right to change the content, identity, use, technical details, systems, etc., of Morea.ee.
Morea is allowed to change the terms of the contract without prior notification of buyers. Until any announced changes the old conditions are valid. Morea can withdraw from a contract if the buyer has not paid for the purchase or stock is sold out.
